Thom was an incredible help when it came to purchasing a home and selling our house. He had a wealth of knowledge when it came to home repairs and country properties (septic and well). His attention to detail was invaluable both in terms of selling and buying as there were so many things that we would have otherwise over-looked if it were not for his expert-eye. One of the reasons we were drawn to Thom in the first place was his down-to-earth manner. We always felt that he had our best interests in mind and he worked extremely hard to find us a home that would work for us. We were not speedy decision makers and I would say that Thom demonstrated the patience of saint with us. In addition, Thom went above and beyond with the support he provided us. During the preparation for selling our house he helped immensely in terms of recommendations, organization and pep-talks but he didn’t stop there. Thom brings a refreshing tool box that includes some really unique idea's to provide smart exposure and clever marketing executions that are tailored and targeted to your best opportunity. Our experience is that many realtors stick to what they have always done, ie. place an ad, schedule an open house and it will take care of itself. It's not true anymore. If you want maximum dollars for your home, in the most expedited fashion, interesting and "stand-out" marketing, with a personal understanding of you and the market is the way to go. In addition, Thom is very detailed-oriented. Selling and buying a home can be the most stressful, as well as the biggest financial win/fail decision of your life. You never want to say to yourself after the deal is done "I feel like I left money on the table". The detail is super important!! A realtor that is not paying close attention to every detail can result in disaster written all over it. We very much appreciated the time that Thom took to go over every aspect of the process, the seemingly endless paperwork and the implications of what, where and when. Call Thom!!

We enjoyed looking at houses and property with Thom (including tramping around a swamp with him in winter). Thom listened to our ideas and told us when he thought the house wasn't a good fit. He had good suggestions and noticed important details about the houses we looked at.
