Milton is a a quiet community in the town of Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada and is part of the Regional Municipality of Halton. The town includes 11 smaller neighbourhoods within the town ( Dorest Park, Dempsey, Scott, Old Milton, Bronte Meadows, Timberlea, Clarke, Harrison, Wilmott Coates and Beaty ). Milton has seen a real boom over the past 15 years but this community was one of the most well planned towns in the province. While we saw many communities grow without a plan Milton foresaw all challenges in infrastructure and created a growth plan that work perfectly. Each new area grew as it's own small community offering what was needed for families to have everything, Centres, green space, schools and transportation were all laid out well.
Nestled in the Niagara Escarpment Milton has become a very popular town for peaple to live especially the 1st time buyers willing to do the commute. Homes are priced well and young families can still afford this area. Not to far from Toronto and Mississauga's business centres commute is within an hour. Bordered by Steeles Ave in the north, James Snow Parkway in the east, Louis St. Laurant Ave. in the south and Tremaine Rd. in the west there are many highways to leave the area from. They also have an excellent Go transit for those that work in Toronto.
Milton has grown from a small town to a booming community while still maintaining all of the positives associated with a small town – the perfect blend of urban, suburban and rural. The Niagara Escarpment, beautiful conservation provincial parks, farms, golf courses, mom and pop shops, walking trails, quaint bistros, dog parks and friendly neighbours. People in Milton smile and say good-morning; homeowners take pride in their properties. The most distinct feature of Milton is definitely the sense of community!

Milton real estate is one of the last communities left for 1st time buyers to get into a detached house at an affordable price. Condos can run from the low 300's, towns start in the low 400's, Bungalows start from the high $400's and deatched can be bought in the mid $500's. The Larger detached run from the mid $600's and a luxury home in Milton tends to go for over a million. Very affordable compared to the communities around. Most of the homes in Milton are under 20 years old so most are in move in condition. The older homes tend to have larger lots with bigger backyards.
